You can expect a email receipt of your plan, pithing 24-48 hours you will receive the “Welcome Packet Email” this will include all your access. If you do not receive the “Welcome Packet Email” after 48 hours please reach out to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org; or on live chat via the website at stocktrainalerts.com. Please make sure you check your inbox, spam, or junk folder first if you do not receive it.
The live classes are bi-weekly on Sundays at 6 pm CST, you can check the calendar for the next class by clicking the calendar link in the drop-down menu or at the top of the home page.
You can cancel your plan anytime; it will run through the end of the purchased month.
Example: If you purchase your plan on Jan 7th and cancel on Jan 23rd, your plan will remain active until Feb 7th.
If you signed up for our subscription service through PayPal, you will need to cancel your subscription through PayPal. The Stock Train LLC does not have access to any PayPal accounts. If you would like to switch to another plan, please cancel the first subscription and then sign up with the new subscription that you would like. If this does not work for you, please email us at email@example.com to get your issue resolved. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
